IPAF Machine Training Courses

There is increasing legislation concerning the operators of Powered Access equipment and their employers. Also evident today, is the growing demand by many organisations that their contract service providers meet accepted safety standards set out in this legislation.

IPAF, The International Powered Access Federation, is widely recognised as the organising body for the Powered Access industry. As an active member within IPAF, and as an accredited IPAF Training Provider Industrial Access Systems provide internationally recognised Access Training Courses covering the safe use of powered access in day to day applications.

Training:

Based on IPAF’s Operator’s Safety Guide and all relevant international safety standards these course cover various mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) such as scissor lifts, self propelled booms, cherry picker, trailer mounted booms and personnel lifts.

On successful completion of an IPAF training course with Industrial Access Systems delegates receive a Certificate of Competence and ID card which are recognised by The Health & Safety Executive and valid for five years.

Training: we can train you at your premises anywhere in the UK or at our modern comfortable training centre in Glasgow, just off junction 11 of the M8.
