A New Bridging System

Deskspan: a unique, made to measure bridging system to allow safe and quick access over computer desks, workstations, machinery etc.

Light and easily stored when not in use. Span size made to suit customer requirements to a maximum of 5 m. Platform height to suit customer requirements.

This bridge / platform system is used by facilities management for duct maintenance, electrical maintenance.

It is also used for the maintenance of: air conditioning, light system, open plan office, call centers, electronic equipment, factories, food processing systems, sprinklers and conveyor belt systems. With very few components, Deskspan can be assembled in about one minute, usually by one person (dependent on platform/span size). Deskspan can be assembled and wheeled over obstructions or, where this is not possible, it can be assembled easily on either side and the bridge/platform connected afterwards. No maintenance required.

The aluminium system is light and strong. Two people with tools can safely use the platform.

Full height, or reduced height, guard rails to suit the ceiling rise.

Dual-purpose braces. Used for strength and rigidity when assembled. Dismantled the mainframes can be folded into a unit that passes through single doorways, into lifts etc. and makes transporting easy.

Shorter platform sizes allow Deskspan to be moved as a complete unit with all the components fitting inside the main frames.
